Before we went to the firetrucks, "Fireman Hector" gave us a tour of where the firemen hang out between emergencies. Apparently the bathroom was the coolest thing ever. I guess I wouldn't mind having a bathroom with a shower that's larger than one entire bathroom in our house.

Field Trip to the Firehouse
The Tuesday before Halloween the girls went to the Firehouse for preschool. For some unknown reason, Katie got TERRIFIED when we got inside the big garage with the firetrucks. So I guess it's a good thing that I tagged along or someone else would have had to hold her while she screamed "I want to go home!"

Then came the firetrucks. Here you can see how happy Katie was to be there.
Mrs. Shiela, the preschool teacher, decided to try on a fireman's outfit. They said that everything all together weighs 70 plus pounds.
It was a long morning and this is the best we could do at getting a picture of all the kids in front of the firetruck.
