Busy Katie

Last night I realized that Katie had been in the kitchen alone for quite a while. I asked her what she was doing (without looking for myself) and she told me "I make supper!" I didn't think of it again until I went to put the left over lasagna in the fridge. This is how I found it:

She emptied the entire jar of Italian seasoning, and most of the jar of the no salt seasoning into the lasagna pan. Luckily she did it in the end that we had already eaten out of.

Today Katie was in the floor playing, and Elijah was scooting around on the floor, too, exploring everything. I went to pick him up, and this is what he looked like:

I asked Katie what happened to Elijah, and she said "I did it!" I asked her what with, and she said "a crayon." Then she needed a picture with her "artwork."

Busy, busy Katie. I told her that she can't draw on her brother any more. Here is one more picture of Elijah. This time sans-crayon face. He is 6-months now, scooting all over the place, and close to getting his first front teeth (note the drool in every picture).

That's hilarious! When you think there's nothing for them to get into, they find SOMETHING! Cute story!
